Artwork story: Home
Artwork design done by me. This art was done as I was deeply in touch with the love, respect and desire I have towards my Country and culture. It was done as I accepted change to move out of my home town and leave the land of my Elders. Filled with uncertainty and tension, I found peace and clarity when drawing this design. I added a flair of the Kimberley landscape behind it, which reminds me that it’s never gone within me and that finding things around me that make me think of home is sometimes all I need.
